Label2Prod turns a labeled Jira issue into a tested GitLab merge request, explained in plain words. No developer skills required. Here is what that changes for one person, for a team and for a whole enterprise.

For founders, freelancers and product owners who work on their own. You know what is wrong; Label2Prod does the engineering and explains the result, so you can decide without reading code.

Keep developers on the roadmap

The people who find issues take them all the way to a tested merge request. Developers stop being interrupted, and whoever has merge rights approves the result.

  • Developers stay on the roadmap Small issues stop interrupting feature work. Developers can hand off several at once and keep building, then review merge requests that are already tested and explained.
  • Anyone can move an issue forward QA, support and product add the label in Jira, where they already work. Starting a fix needs no Label2Prod seat and no GitLab account.
  • One standard for every change Reproduced first, proven by a test, checked against your whole suite and your own pipeline, whoever asked for it.
  • Status without chasing Each update is a new comment on the Jira issue, and the app keeps a timeline of every fix. Nobody has to ask where things stand.
  • Changes by comment Comment @autofix on the merge request with what to change, in plain words. Each request adds a new commit, checked the same way as the first.
  • Every project, every repository Map several Jira projects to several repositories. Label2Prod finds the repository each issue belongs to, or asks on the issue.

  • Your AI account, your terms The AI works in isolated sandboxes in your own Anthropic account, under your agreement with Anthropic. Label2Prod does not use your code or issues to train AI models.
  • Separation of duties People ask in Jira, Label2Prod makes the change, and your reviewers approve and merge under your branch protection. It never merges its own work.
  • Least access It pushes only to its own branches, and it cannot change your pipeline settings, secrets or key files. It reads only the issues you label, in projects you switch on.
  • A complete trail Label2Prod never edits a comment or rewrites a commit. Who asked, what changed, how it was proven and who approved all stay on the issue and the merge request.
  • Fits your estate Several Jira Cloud sites, any number of projects, repositories and people, GitLab.com or self-managed GitLab, in whatever languages your teams use.
  • Encrypted and kept apart The tokens and keys Label2Prod uses are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and row-level security keeps each organization’s data apart in the database.

I’m not technical. Can I really use it?

Yes. You describe what is wrong in Jira and add the label. Label2Prod does the engineering and explains the result in plain words. The person who approves needs merge rights in GitLab, not developer skills.

Does everyone who reports issues need an account?

No. Anyone who can edit an issue in a switched-on Jira project can add the label and follow the fix in the issue’s comments. Invite people to Label2Prod when they want to follow every fix in the app.

Who can change what?

Owners and admins connect Jira and GitLab, change settings, add the Anthropic key and invite people. Members see every fix and can start or stop one. Only an owner can make someone an owner.

Which issues work best?

Clear, contained issues where something goes wrong today and a test can prove it fixed, in one repository. Bug types are on by default; tick Task or Story in a project’s settings to include them. When an issue is out of reach, Label2Prod says why on the issue.

Can we start with one team?

Yes. Connect one Jira project and one repository, and map more when you are ready. Early access is free and includes 10 delivered fixes a month. For a pilot across several teams, write to hello@label2prod.com.

Does Label2Prod support single sign-on?

Not yet. People sign in with their Atlassian or GitLab account, or with a link sent to their email. If your rollout needs SAML single sign-on, tell us at hello@label2prod.com.

Where is our code worked on?

In a fresh, isolated sandbox in your own Anthropic account, which Anthropic runs in its own regions and deletes when the attempt ends. The Label2Prod app and its database are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Security details.
