What you need
Three accounts you already have
A Jira Cloud site
Connect it with a service account, so comments do not carry a person’s name.
A GitLab group
On GitLab.com or your own GitLab, with a token that has the Developer role and the api scope.
An Anthropic API key
From the Anthropic Console, in a workspace with the spend limit you choose.
Nothing to install: no IDE, no terminal, no copy of the code on your computer. Everything happens in your browser.

The app walks you through them in about five minutes, and you can leave and come back at any point.

Connect Jira
Approve access on Atlassian’s consent screen and pick your site.

Paste a token for your group. The guide says which one to create.

Choose which repositories each Jira project uses.

Paste an Anthropic API key from a workspace with a spend limit.

Type an issue key in the app, or add the label in Jira.
What we ask in return
Tell us what worked and what did not. Reply to our emails or write to us: early-access feedback decides what we build next.
Is there a catch?
No credit card, nothing to cancel. The only cost is the model usage on your own Anthropic key, which Anthropic bills to you. We ask for honest feedback in return.
What counts as a fix?
A merge request that Label2Prod delivers. Attempts that end without one, fixes you stop, and the revisions you ask for on an open merge request do not count.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates by email from Settings. There is no limit on people, Jira projects or repositories.
Does it work with self-managed GitLab?
Yes. Enter your GitLab URL when you connect the group. The instance must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS.
Our GitLab.com group is on the Free tier. Can we join?
Yes. Group access tokens need GitLab Premium or Ultimate on GitLab.com, so on Free you connect with a GitLab service account or a dedicated user’s personal access token instead. How to connect GitLab.
Do you support Jira Data Center or Server?
Not yet. Label2Prod works with Jira Cloud.
Do I need to install anything?
No. There is no IDE, no terminal and no copy of the code on your computer. Setup happens in your browser, and the work happens in Jira, in GitLab and in an isolated sandbox in your Anthropic account.
